I have been on Team USA for 6 years and Captain of the USA Triathlon team for 2.

Multi-time All American.

Multi-time podium finisher.

Multi-time top American at World Championships.

I learned early on that winners are made in the dark while everyone else asleep. There are no hacks. No cheat codes. Just discipline. It’s the only ingredient.
